Billing and refund policy

Current availability. Commercial subscriptions are not available yet. Account and workspace evaluation is available. Do not upload payment-card information. Contact us if you have questions about using the service.

Sandbox testing

Current billing uses PayPal Sandbox. Test payments do not move real money, and no real-money refund is required for them.

Subscription cancellation

An organization owner can request cancellation from Billing. Cancellation is confirmed through PayPal and stops future renewals. Verified paid access remains until its recorded expiry unless a refund or reversal changes that access.

Refunds and disputes

Growth A+ does not automatically issue merchant refunds in the service. Approved refund requests are handled through PayPal. Confirmed refunds and reversals may change paid access. Commercial refund terms will be provided before paid subscriptions become available.

Partner payments

Payments of partner commissions are separate from subscriptions to Growth A+. Companies can record partner payout obligations and external payment references. Growth A+ does not transfer partner funds through payout accounting.
